Refund Policy
Returns Policy (Personalized Crafts – All Sales Final):
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our crafts and products, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for items unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error made by Crescent Moon & Co. Crafts Studio in the customization (e.g., misspelling a name provided correctly by the customer).
By placing an order for a personalized item, you acknowledge and agree to this no-returns policy.
Damaged Goods or Errors:
If your order arrives damaged, or if the product does not match the specifications you approved (due to our mistake), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the damage or error.
We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund, at our sole discretion.
• • Customer-Provided Errors: We are not responsible for errors in customization that result from inaccurate information provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect dates, wrong sizes). No refunds or replacements will be offered in these instances.
