Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Payment Security: All financial transactions are processed securely by third-party payment processors (AmwalPay). We do not store full credit card details.
Taxes: Prices displayed do not include applicable sales tax or shipping charges, which will be calculated and added during the checkout process where applicable.

4. 📦 Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping: We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns Policy (Personalized Crafts – All Sales Final):
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our crafts and products, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for items unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error made by Crescent Moon & Co. Crafts Studio in the customization (e.g., misspelling a name provided correctly by the customer).
By placing an order for a personalized item, you acknowledge and agree to this no-returns policy.
Damaged Goods or Errors:

If you register for a workshop or class:
Registration: Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Ownership: The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Crescent Moon & Co. Crafts Studio and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without our express written permission.
Customer Submissions: If you submit creative material (e.g., photos of your finished craft projects) to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and display that material for promotional purposes.
