This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery options, timeframes, and costs for orders placed only within the Sultanate of Oman. As our crafts are personalized, please note that production time is required before shipment.

1. 🚚 Our Primary Logistics Partner

We rely on Genacom for reliable and efficient delivery services within the Sultanate of Oman.

2. 🇴🇲 Domestic Shipping (Within Oman)

All shipping and delivery operations take place exclusively within the Sultanate’s borders.

Delivery Fee2 – 3 OMR (Varies based on location and calculated at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD)Not Accepted. All orders must be paid in full prior to the start of the 3-5 day production process.

3. 💳 Payment Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be completed upfront through the available payment methods on our website before production begins.

4. 📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Genacom tracking number.

5. 🚨 Lost or Damaged Shipments

Loss: If your order is not delivered within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with Genacom and determine the appropriate solution upon the conclusion of the carrier’s investigation.

Damage: If your personalized item arrives damaged, please refer to the “Damaged Goods or Errors” section of our Terms and Conditions. You must notify us within 1 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
